Delivery

• General Information:
  • - Your package will arrive within 2-4 working days after dispatch. Please note that the delivery time is calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date.
  • - The processing time for your order depends on the number of orders during that period:
    • - Off-season (fewer orders): For 1-5 dresses, the processing time is approximately 1-2 months.
    • - Peak season (high demand): The processing time can be up to 4 months.
  • - Once your order is complete and the payment has been processed, the package will be dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days.
  • - We always inform you of the expected processing time when you place your order.
  • - All packages are shipped from Poland.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs depend on the package size and the destination country. Packages are divided into three categories:

• S – one dress per package
• M – four dresses per package
• L – seven dresses per package
